Hey all you fine folks out there in Cartoon Land, the bars are shut down once again in TEXAS, we all know someone, more than one person probably, who has already suffered financially from the COVID-19 shut down.
Hard hit has been the bars and bartenders at my local watering hole The Cocky Rooster Bar, as they are not able to work, and thus they are no longer receiving the “tips” that they depend on to sustain their way of life.
